Do you offer in-person therapy in Yuma?
Yes. I offer in-person therapy in Yuma, Arizona, by appointment only for clients who prefer to meet in person.

Do you offer telehealth therapy?
Yes. I offer telehealth therapy for clients located in Arizona and Florida. Telehealth allows you to attend sessions from a private, comfortable space while still receiving consistent support.

Who do you work with?
I work with women who seem to have it all together but feel exhausted, anxious, disconnected, or stuck in painful relationship patterns. Many of my clients are healing from childhood trauma, attachment wounds, relationship trauma, betrayal trauma, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or difficulty trusting themselves and others.

Do you offer EMDR therapy?
Yes. I offer EMDR therapy for clients who want to work through trauma, painful memories, triggers, and patterns that continue to affect their present life and relationships.

Do you work with relationship trauma and betrayal trauma?
Yes. I work with both relationship trauma and betrayal trauma, including the impact of infidelity, broken trust, emotionally unavailable relationships, unhealthy relationship patterns, and attachment wounds.

Do you take insurance?
No, I do not take insurance. My practice is private pay.

Do you offer a consultation?
Yes. I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation so you can ask questions, share what you are looking for, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
